2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or engaging our services, you confirm that you:
• Are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian
• Agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable Australian laws
• Understand that these terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use of our website indicates acceptance of any changes

3. Orders, Bookings & Payments
• All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include GST where applicable.
• Orders and bookings are confirmed only once payment or deposit is received.
• Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your event date, hire items, or custom production time.
• Remaining balances must be paid by the due date stated on your invoice or booking form.
• Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of your booking and loss of deposit.
For Shopify purchases (such as stationery or small decor items), full payment is required at checkout.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
• Due to the custom-made and event-specific nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
• If you need to cancel an event booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.
• Deposits are non-refundable, but we may allow rescheduling or partial credit at our discretion.
• In the unlikely event that Amora Events must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or credit will be offered.

5. Hire Terms (Props & Styling Items)
• All hired items remain the property of Amora Events.
• The client is responsible for the care, security, and safe return of all hired items.
• Any lost, damaged, or unreturned items will incur a replacement fee as outlined in your hire agreement.
• Hire periods are specified in your booking confirmation; late returns may attract additional fees.

6. Custom Stationery & Design Work
• Design proofs will be sent for your approval prior to printing or production.
• Once approved, no further changes can be made.
• Colour variations may occur between on-screen visuals and printed items due to differences in monitors, materials, and finishes.
• We are not liable for minor variations in texture, tone, or print finish.

7. Event Styling
• Styling services are subject to availability and final confirmation of venue access, bump-in/bump-out times, and delivery details.
• We take great care to execute your event vision as discussed, but minor creative or logistical adjustments may be made on the day if necessary.
• The client or a nominated representative must be present on-site during installation unless agreed otherwise.

All website content, including images, logos, text, and designs, is the intellectual property of Amora Events.
You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

While we take every precaution to ensure a seamless experience, Amora Events is not liable for:

• Damage caused by misuse of hired items or failure to follow provided instructions

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
